Common Help Topics
Restore purchases or remove ads
Open the Give tab and tap Restore Purchases. If an active supporter subscription is found, app-owned ads will be removed again.
Audio playback
The Agpeya audio files are bundled in the app for local playback. If audio does not start, restart the app and make sure your device is not muted.
Notifications
Daily update notifications can be managed from iOS Settings. If you disabled notifications, open Settings, choose the app, and allow notifications again.
Today feed
The Today tab loads posts from the Ganzabel WordPress site. A network connection is required to refresh new posts.
Blog and videos
The Blog tab and some Today videos load web or YouTube content. Video availability can depend on the source website or YouTube embedding rules.
Free access
All prayers, books, audio, Today posts, Blog content, and app features remain free. Subscriptions are optional and only remove ads.
